This amazing streamlined machine age design was first exhibited at the Firestone Tire and Rubber Company pavilion at the 1939 New York Worlds Fair. This is an unusual ivory factory painted version with good original paint. Some minor chipping and wear but the bakelite cabinet is perfect with no cracks, chips or repairs. Complete with the original back, knobs and push buttons and working very well. A striking example of prewar streamlined industrial design.
